As the Principal of Steppe Consulting Inc, Susan provides asset management, reliability, maintenance management, operational excellence, strategic consulting, and facilitation expertise. Client industries include conventional oil & gas production, oilsands production, pipelines and mining operations. Recent client engagements include successfully filling senior management roles while the companies were experiencing significant restructuring and transition.
