This course introduces participants to a proven change framework, centred around the lifecycle of change and embedding Asset Management outcomes and satisfying the requirements of ISO/TS 10020 - Organizational change management.
The course uses a previous real-world example to demonstrate how various change management methodologies were applied, the framework in which they were applied and how change was successfully measured and delivered.
The course integrates Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Asset Management (AM) principles to foster sustainable business transformation. Whether a whole-of-business transformation or specifically for a contract, participants will leave the course equipped to deliver change in any asset-centric environment.
The course addresses key elements such as program governance, readiness assessment, milestone planning, communications, and handover strategies using a systems-based view and a stakeholder-centric approach.
This course is based on the collective foundations of:
- ISO 10020:2022 Standard for Organizational Change
- ISO 55001:2024 Standard for Asset Management
- ASQA Competency Module BSBLDR601 Lead and Manage Organizational Change
- Change Management Institute Body of Knowledge - Second Edition 2022
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Leverage the connection between asset management, change management and program management.
- Apply a proven change approach to structure and navigate complex programs.
- Define and measure meaningful outcomes aligned with business and asset strategy.
