Introduction Welcome to Applying Asset Management. We offer a variety of training courses designed to help individuals and organisations achieve their learning and development goals. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your use of our website, services, and courses.
Acceptance of Terms By registering for any course offered by Applying Asset Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Services Offered Applying Asset Management provides online, eLearning and in-person training courses across various subjects. Detailed descriptions of what each course entails can be found on our website.
Registration and Payment Users must register for courses through our website, providing accurate and current information.
For in-house courses that are prepaid via an organisation there is no payment required by an individual.
For public courses full payment is required to secure your spot in a course. Payment methods are detailed during checkout on our website.
Course fees, unless stated otherwise, do not include any materials, licensing fees, or third-party costs unless specifically included in the course description.
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations by participants for fully paid courses must be made in writing at least 48 hours for a refund to be considered and may be subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellations by participants for in-house prepaid paid courses may be cancelled at any time via the original email/invite provided. There isn’t a cancellation fee; however, due to capacity, please use the cancel function as “no-shows” take the space of others.
Applying Asset Management reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Refund policies for cancellations and non-attendance will be clearly stated on our website.
Intellectual Property Rights All materials provided during courses, including but not limited to training materials, handouts, and online content, are the intellectual property of Applying Asset Management or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
Participants may use these materials solely for personal or internal business purposes. No part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, or distributed without our prior written permission.
User Conduct Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants at all times. Applying Asset Management reserves the right to remove any participant from a course without a refund for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
Limitation of Liability Applying Asset Management will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in any course or use of our services.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Applying Asset Management, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to your violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms Applying Asset Management reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
